Enrolment interview
Prior to enrolling at Carole Park State School Parents/Carers are required to have an interview with the Principal Mr Shannon O'Donoghue. This process allows us to best assess the needs of your child prior to enrolment. Appointments can be made by contacting the school office.
To enrol Parents/Carers are required to provide the following student documentation:
proof of residence is required before any student is enrolled
original birth certificate, birth certificate extract or passport is required for students entering Prep or arriving from interstate or overseas
reports and records from previous schools can assist with the interview process
special needs requirements: Specialist and medical reports can assist in the correct placement of your child so to best meet their needs.
Tours of our school for prospective parents are available upon appointment.
Enrolment packages are available from our Administration staff between the hours of 8.00am and 3.00pm.
